She was born on 5th April 1996, hailing from Virajpet, Karnataka, India, where she grew up along with siblings and parents. Her parents are Suman Mandanna and Madan Mandanna. She attended Coorg Public School in Kodagu. While in college, she won the Clean & Clear Times Fresh Face of India 2014 title. Then, she modeled and appeared in a couple of advertisements. She studied at MS Ramaiah College of Arts, Science, and Commerce, earning a bachelor’s degree in psychology, journalism, and English literature. Apart from acting and modeling, she loves traveling and gymming, as she is a fitness freak and loves to work out daily. She is mainly known for her role in the Kannada movie “Kirik Party.”

In 2014, she became a brand ambassador of the “Clean & Clear Fresh Face Content,” which she won. Since then, she has done various modeling assignments for which she gained much recognition. In one of her interviews, Ramshika Mundanna revealed that she was inclined to act since childhood and decided to be a famous actress.
In 2016, Rashmika Mandanna started her professional career and began appearing in Kannada cinema, where she made a debut movie, “Kirik Party,” for which she gained tremendous acclaim. Since then, she hasn’t looked back and moved on in her career. Afterward, she worked in two super hit movies, “Anjani Putra” and “Chamak,” for which she got much appreciation from fans and critics. She appeared in a large number of movies and also marked her identity in the Tamil and Telugu cinema, where she has appeared in many movies.
In 2018, she made a Telugu debut movie, “Chalo,” fortunately, it became a hit. She received much praise and appreciation from her fans and avid movie lovers. The same year, she worked in another rom-com movie, “Geetha Govindham,” which became an instant hit and rocked at the Telugu box office.
